This insurance protects you investment by ensuring that the Dawn Condominium Association is covered for weather damage due to wind or rain.  The generic name for this insurance is simply “Wind and Rain” insurance. \nRemember\, that this policy covers the common elements of your condominium campus and all buildings from damage from wind and rain weather such as windstorms.  It is the responsibility of each owner to supply wind and rain insurance for your unit\, individually.  See our Condominium Manager\, Louise Moore for help.
