(“Association”)\, will be held on Saturday\, May 20\, 2023\, at 9:00 a.m. at the Dawn Condominiums Clubhouse at 7000 Seawall Boulevard\, Galveston\, Texas 77551. The meeting will be followed by a meet and greet among owners. \nNo items are up for a vote by the membership\, therefore no proxy will be required for this meeting.
