Pressure washing begins the week of May 20. The full schedule by building runs through July 30. Please review the dates below and share with guests or your property manager in advance.

Water and dirt can reach nearby vehicles. Please watch where you park during the days your building is scheduled.

This schedule assumes weather permitting. If weather causes delays, we’ll do our best to keep the overall schedule on track and make up any missed buildings as time permits in between the buildings already scheduled below.

🌴 Palm Tree Trimming & Pool Area Landscaping
This week: the landscaping company is trimming the palm trees. Please park away from the palms if at all possible.
Next week: landscaping crews will work in the pool areas, including the palms. For safety, some pool areas may be temporarily closed — one pool will remain open at all normal times.
