The Board meets approximately once per month and reviews correspondence weekly. Non-urgent messages may not receive a reply for several days.

For matters requiring immediate action or emergencies, please contact the HOA office, or email the Dawn Property Manager directly at Michelle.Mielke@thedawncondos.org.

Service on the Board of Directors is entirely voluntary and unpaid. Members of the Board generously contribute their time to advise, regulate, and direct the Homeowners Association, providing direct oversight of the HOA and the community at The Dawn Condominiums.
