The Board of Directors of the Dawn Condominiums – December 6, 2022, 3:30 pm – 5:00 pm

On Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at 3:30 pm, the Board of Directors of the Dawn Condominium Association, Inc. will meet to conduct such business as is included within its authority. The meeting will be a mixed media meeting with Directors meeting locally at the Clubhouse as well as via ZOOM. Members are welcome to either attend or logon to our ZOOM meeting. Members only shall attend per Article VII, Section 7.19. All Members will be muted. This includes such insurance as Liability, Wind and Rain, Flood, BOD insurance and Crime Insurance among others. The Board may discuss the approval of an application to replace a large circular window in Building 10, requested by its Owner.
