On Saturday, January 20, 2024, the Board of Directors of the Dawn Condominium Association, Inc. will meet to conduct such business as is included within its authority. The meeting will be a mixed media meeting with Directors meeting locally at the Clubhouse as well as via ZOOM. Members are welcome to either attend or logon to our ZOOM meeting. Members only shall attend per Article VII, Section 7.19. All Members will be muted. Should you wish to have the Board answer questions, please contact Brian Sunshine, at 409-740-3488 for submissions. - Consideration for approval of a policy increasing the Condominium Resale Certificate Fee from$350 to $375, and $75 for updated resale certificates and requirements to produce a resale certificate within 5 business days of request under Section 207.003 of the Texas Property Code.
- Reconcile storage unit usage and rental fees.
- Record retention, document production, and copy charge policies as prescribed by Section 82.1141 of the Uniform Condominium Act.
