Board of Directors Meeting – Dawn Condominium Association, Inc. – February 11, 2023

On Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 10:00 am, the Board of Directors of the Dawn Condominium Association, Inc. will meet to conduct such business as is included within its authority. The meeting will be a mixed media meeting with Directors meeting locally at the Clubhouse as well as via ZOOM. Members are welcome to either attend or logon to our ZOOM meeting. Members only shall attend per Article VII, Section 7.19. All Members will be muted. A short mini-townhall will be held at the end of the meeting regarding the 2023 Budget only. Should you wish to have the Board answer questions, please contact Katie Durante, Property Manager, at 409-740-3488 for submissions. Official minutes will be taken.
