There will be a regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors of the Dawn Condominium Association on June 1, 2018 at 11:00 am.
The Board of Directors will meet on July 13, 2018, at 11:00 am. This meeting is a reschedule of the July 6, 2018 meeting which was cancelled. Owners are welcome to attend, but no discussion with the Board is accepted.
The Board of Directors of the Dawn Condominiums has been rescheduled to September 21, 2018 at 11:00 am. All owners and interested visitors are welcome to observe. Unless approved prior to the meeting as an Agenda item, no discussion is allowed with the Board.

On Saturday, December 8, 2018, the Board of Directors of the Dawn Condominums will host a Holiday Gathering at the Dawn Condominium Club House from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm (or later) for all Owners, their families and their guests. The prep for painting of Building 9 is in progress-weather permitting painting will start Wednesday 02/2/2019, during this time the parking spaces around Building 9 will be blocked off so we can prevent overspray.
