On February 21st and proceeding through February 23rd, Guerra Irrigation Services will be repairing our sprinkler systems.  See the Dawn website Quick News page in the Maintenance News section for more information.

On February 28th, the Lagoon Pool and Spa will be resurfaced.  The Lagoon pool will NOT be available for use through the 28th and including Friday, March 1st.  For more information see the Dawn website www.thedawncondoshoa.com.  Go to the Quick News page.  Or contact Katie Duarte at 409-740-3488.  

On March 1, 2018, all gate and door codes will change.  The codes are available on the Owners' page (password protected) of the Dawn website, www.thedawncondoshoa.com.

Condominium dues due.  This is the first month of increased dues.  For a list of new dues requirements see the Owners page and click on "2018 HOA Dues". Dues are due on the 1st of every month.  Dues received after the 5th of each month are late and subject to a $50.00 late fee.

March 14, 2018, by 12:00 pm is the last day to submit an application for nomination to the Dawn Board of Directors.  See the Owners page on our website, www.thedawncondoshoa.com or call Katie Duarte at 409-740-3488.

On 4/19/2018, The Dawn Condominiums will renew the Condominium Wind and Rain insurance. This insurance protects you investment by ensuring that the Dawn Condominium Association is covered for weather damage due to wind or rain.  The generic name for this insurance is simply "Wind and Rain" insurance. The Board of Directors will meet in a scheduled meeting on Friday, May 4th at 1:00 pm

There will be a regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors of the Dawn Condominium Association on June 1, 2018 at 11:00 am.

The Board of Directors will meet on July 13, 2018, at 11:00 am.  This meeting is a reschedule of the July 6, 2018 meeting which was cancelled.  Owners are welcome to attend, but no discussion with the Board is accepted.
