On 1/11/2018, the Dawn Condominiums will renew its Federally insured flood insurance policy.  This policy insures each unit in all of our buildings against flood damage.

On  1/13/2018 The Dawn will renew its crime policy.  This policy protects our owners from willful theft of funds from our financial accounts.

The Board of the Dawn Condominium Association will meet in a Special session at 5:30 pm.  The topics of discussion are: Parking Passes and Maintenance Plans.  All owners are invited to attend.  No voting will take place.

Following major construction repair work, Areas on Building 11 are being caulked and repainted.

On February 15th, both meter panels on Building 11 will be replaced due to corrosion.

There will be a regular HOA Board meeting on February 16, 2018, at 2:00 pm. in the Dawn Clubhouse.

On February 21st and proceeding through February 23rd, Guerra Irrigation Services will be repairing our sprinkler systems.  See the Dawn website Quick News page in the Maintenance News section for more information.
