By proceeding, the Guest acknowledges and agrees that The Dawn Condominium Association, Inc. (the “Association”), including its officers, directors, agents, and employees, shall not be held liable or responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to any vehicle, personal property, or belongings brought onto or located within the premises, including but not limited to parking areas, common elements, or storage facilities, regardless of cause.
